Rebaid charges a $2.95 fee for each completed rebate redemption by a shopper. This charge is processed at the end of your campaign. The total cost is simply, $2.95 multiplied by the total number of orders you received through Rebaid for the campaign.
This depends largely on the goal of your campaign. If you are launching a new product in a competitive category you should consider a 100% rebate to generate a substantial number of sales. On the other hand, if you are just looking to generate a few sales per day you can offer a lower percentage rebate.
No, Rebaid is not a review platform. Shopper are not required to leave a product review in exchange for their rebate payment. You may ask for a review but cannot offer any reward in exchange for them doing so. You can use our SMS text message system to create a message template that will be sent to shoppers after their redemption and rebate payment.
Yes. Rebaid welcomes sellers from all over the world to create rebate campaigns on Rebaid. You must however sell your product(s) on the Amazon.com U.S. marketplace. We do not currently support products listed on Amazon’s foreign marketplaces.
We cannot provide an exact figure, in part because our shopper base is constantly growing. But the number of active shoppers is well into the thousands with hundreds of new shoppers joining each week!
Yes, you can update some attributes of an active campaign including the product title, description, images and URL link. You cannot change the sales price, rebate percentage or units per day once a campaign has been launched. If a minor adjustment is necessary please contact our support team and we can usually make the change for you. Significant changes to the rebate value and units available are typically best resolved by ending the campaign and creating a new one.
Yes, you can, and many sellers have done so without issue. If you have an active coupon on Amazon, please list the sales price in the Rebaid campaign creation process as the cost AFTER clipping the coupon on your Amazon listing. In addition, please make a note in the top of your Rebaid campaign product description directing shoppers to use the coupon in order to match the pre-rebate purchase price.
We are glad to report that instances of buyer fraud are relatively rare. Further, we are often able to identify suspicious buyer behavior even before notification from the seller. In any case, orders are guaranteed for authenticity for 45 days from the date of the redemption. Sellers are encouraged to download their order report in their Rebaid dashboard and compare it against order records in seller central. If you do identify any order that meet the above scenarios, simply click the “Report Invalid Redemption” button in your dashboard. We will investigate and refund the rebate value to your original billing card upon confirmation.
The majority of rebate payments are issued to shoppers by checks mailed 5-6 weeks after their redemption of your offer and purchase on Amazon. We do offer a faster direct deposit service to trusted shoppers on a limited basis. For our direct deposit service, we reserve the right to charge back a rebate payment if we later identify that the shopper violated the terms of the redemption based on the scenarios listed above.
When you launch your campaign, you are charged for the first day of rebates offered to shoppers. If no shoppers redeem your offer, there will not be any further charges and your initial funded, but unredeemed rebates will be refunded back to your credit card.
Any funded but unredeemed rebates are applied to your account balance at the end of your campaign. You can refund this balance to your card on file, or apply it to a new campaign by clicking the Profile link, then Account Billing. Campaign balances that are not refunded or applied to a new campaign within 30 days are subject to a $15 per month idle fee.

This paid upgrade allows sellers to create a message template that is sent by SMS text message to all shoppers who redeem your offer. This message delivery method has a 99% open rate and is a highly effective way to reach anf engage shoppers who redeem your offer!
Of course the great deals kinda speaks for itself. But beyond that I just love how easy the entire process is. There’s no hoops to jump through. It shows when your rebate payments are coming and they arrive on the date. Can’t ask for more than that.
