  • How do I increase my monthly redemption limit?

    New accounts have a 10 redemption limit. After 5 weeks and once you have redeemed at least 2 offers your monthly limit increases to 50.

  • Can I change my pending rebate to direct deposit?

    Once a rebate redemptions is completed, it goes into our payment system cannot be changed.

  • I tried to redeem an offer but it sold out right away.

  • An item I already redeemed is available again, can I buy it?

    Redemptions are cancelled if the Amazon order number is not submitted within 2 hours of redeeming an offer.

  • Why was my redemption voided?

    Redemptions are voided if the Amazon order was cancelled, refunded or an invalid order number was entered.

  • I live outside the U.S. can I still redeem offers on Rebaid?

    No, at this time we can only send rebate payments to individuals located in the United States.
